PRESS RELEASE
Clickability has furthered its commitment to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants and providers, partnering with HICAPS, Australia’s leading claims solution.
Clickability is an online platform where NDIS participants can quickly find and connect with rated-and-reviewed service providers, either through its directory or service request feature.
Partnering with HICAPS will allow Clickability to introduce more quality providers to its platform, so that participants can continue to achieve real and meaningful choice when selecting providers.
Service requests submitted on Clickability will now be displayed in HICAPS digital portal, ensuring a wider number of suitable NDIS providers can accept requests.
As such, Clickability will also be supporting NDIS providers on HICAPS to better showcase their services, connect with participants, and engage in direct feedback with those same participants.
“This partnership is a fantastic initiative, ensuring participants will be matched with the most suitable providers for their request,” says Andrew Terlich, Clickability General Manager.
“The Clickability team is looking forward to working with HICAPS to bring improved choice, flexibility, and care to NDIS participants.
“At the same time, Clickability will also be helping NDIS businesses succeed in this often-times complex space.”
For over 25 years, HICAPS has helped the wider Australian health community, most recently through its NDIS Invoice Anyone solution, which helps providers process claims for plan-managed and agency-managed participants.
HICAPS supports over 90,000 registered health service providers across Australia, has over 12 million serviced members, and processes more than 41 million claims per year.

Who is Clickability?
Clickability helps match NDIS participants with their perfect provider by connecting them with NDIS providers who can list their business on the platform. Through their accreditation program Clickability will ensure businesses are verified, giving participants confidence in the support services they provide. Clickability is changing the way people with disabilities find and manage their NDIS services, with the aim of reducing the complexity for both providers and participants, through technology that enables true participant choice and self-directed decision making.
Who is HICAPS?
HICAPS has been Australia's leading all-in-one claiming solution for more than 25 years, tailoring their solutions to support the health community and health practitioners Australia-wide. Their NDIS Invoice Anyone solutions allows businesses to quickly and easily process claims and payments for both plan-managed and agency-managed participants. In turn, this provides NDIS participants better access to their choice of health practitioner.

Use a match as the start of a comparison
Ask the provider whether it delivers the service you need in your location, who will provide it and when it could start. Review costs, communication and feedback arrangements before agreeing. A partnership can broaden discovery without making the choice for you.
Use NDIA provider-choice guidance alongside reviews and your own questions. The wording “perfect provider” in the original announcement is promotional, not a guarantee of an individual outcome.
Check the product and participant arrangement before relying on a claim
Confirm the current product requirements and the plan’s payment arrangement. HICAPS’s current NDIS product information is a starting point; this refresh has not tested access to a live account or every supported workflow.
Keep invoice accuracy and participant consent separate from the payment technology. Use NDIA record requirements and the applicable pricing arrangements for the delivered support. A portal does not establish that the service is eligible for funding.
