PRESS RELEASE
Clickability is excited to be extending its partnership with My Plan Manager and NDSP, bolstering its ability to help NDIS participants more easily manage their NDIS Plans.
Clickability is an online platform where over 4,500 NDIS participants look for rated-and-reviewed providers each week, either through its directory or service request feature.
With almost half of all NDIS participants (49%) using Plan Management, Clickability has always been committed to helping such participants find Plan Managers quickly.
This enables those participants to begin accessing NDIS supports sooner, with the confidence that Plan Managers can efficiently pay invoices for services provided.
Extending its partnership with MPM and NDSP, Clickability has integrated its directory and service request flow on the websites and dashboards of both businesses.
This integration introduces MPM and NDSP participants to more than 6000 providers, making it easier for them to find the best service providers for their requirements.
Clickability will also be able to continue to match participants with two of the most respected Plan Managers in MPM and NDSP.
Clickability will be integrating its directory and service request flow on the websites and dashboards of both businesses, introducing it to more participants looking for support.
“We’re thrilled by these partnerships and the immense value we can bring to MPM and NDSP clients looking for supports,” said Andrew Terlich, Clickability’s General Manager.
“Not only that, but we can now match Clickability participants with two of the most trusted plan managers currently working within the NDIS.”
“The mutual benefit all parties have through this partnership is untold, ensuring that the NDIS is now a little less complex for participants needing support.”

Compare the plan manager’s actual service alongside the partnership

Ask how invoices are checked, how you can see spending and how queries or disputed charges are handled. Current plan-management guidance explains the funding arrangement. A partnership announcement can provide context without deciding which plan manager suits you.

Keep choice, communication and practical service needs central. Do not treat an endorsement as a guarantee about every invoice or support.

Separate an integration announcement from payment and referral assumptions

Confirm the current partner process and the participant’s actual plan manager before sending invoices. Historical reach figures are not a prediction of leads. Claims still need accurate service records and applicable funding; a partnership does not remove those requirements.

Questions readers ask

Are the original platform counts current verified measures?

They are historical press-release claims, not current verified counts.

Does a partnership establish that every invoice will be paid?

No. Support eligibility, accurate claims and the actual arrangement still matter. Official guidance
