Did you hear the news on the Clicka-vine? We launched a new platform! We're so excited to bring you a host of new features, all of which make it easier for you to find a provider that suits.
We figure it's only right we take you for a spin on the new platform and show you the cool features we've added, including new filters, a more powerful search, and bigger-than-ever matching services.
So without further ado, let's buckle up and see what's new on Clicka 2.0.
New filters
Clickability now allows you to filter your searches by age group, NDIS registration, and how you wish to access a service. Once on a provider's listing, you'll even be able to see their minimum shift times or weekly shifts.
Through our work with Information, Linkages and Capacity Building (ILC), we've also introduced specialty tagging, so you can find services that suit their needs. This is being further rolled-out over the next couple of months, so keep an eye on it.
With these new filters, you'll be able to find providers quicker - meaning the match happens quicker too and you can get the most out of your NDIS plan.
More powerful search
Coupled with our new filters, our search is more powerful than ever before. It takes a snapshot of all the details on a provider's listing, so that your search results are fine-tuned to your specific request.
We've also added new service categories, so you can search by the exact type of service you're looking for. Fancy some driving training or exercise physiology? We've got you covered!

Disability Service Advisors
We also know that you might be new to the NDIS and might not know exactly what service you're looking for. This is where our Disability Service Advisors can help!
Go to our homepage and click 'Find my perfect match' in that big white bubble. You can then submit a request and one of our team will call or email you back, with a whole lot of options that suit.
We even take care of the paperwork, with our smart digital tools allowing us to generate an NDIS compliant service agreement. If you accept, you service can start then and there!
Tell us what you think!
We know that our website doesn't change the world, but ours makes it easier than ever before to match with a provider that suits you.
Tell us what you think! We're so thrilled it's now live.

Use the search to start a comparison, then confirm the details
Describe the service, location and preferences that matter to you. When a provider responds, ask about availability, staff skills, communication and charges. Check the actual arrangement rather than assuming every field or filter described in the old announcement remains available.
Before accepting an agreement, ask what it covers, how changes work and who will answer a concern. You can take time to understand the offer. A digital document should not be treated as automatically compliant because it was generated through a platform, and the historical article should not be used to promise a start date.
