The Clickability team prides itself on helping NDIS participants and their families find providers as quickly and effortlessly as possible.
We do this through our service request feature. It’s an easy process: they tell us what they’re looking for, we find providers with capacity, and the provider contacts that participant.
But hey, you’ve heard us say this before! We reached out to Lauren, who recently submitted a service request on behalf of her daughter, to share her experience with you instead.
“Being new to the NDIS journey with my daughter, I really struggled to find service providers and found that all my time was taken up calling providers, asking if there was any availability and joining waitlists. It was exhausting!”
“I heard about Clickability through our support coordinator and immediately jumped on and started searching for the services we required. The process was simple and hassle free. I was kept up to date through email and text messages of service providers who were going to contact me.”
“The service providers made contact and within the week we were all sorted. We have providers who have been nothing short of amazing. My daughter has made strong bond with her Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist, and she is coming along leaps and bounds with her development.”
“Recently we needed to find a new service provider for psychology due to the previous one leaving. Again, the process was simple and hassle free and we now have the choice of choosing between 3 quality providers who have availability! No more waitlists! Yay!”
“Thanks, Clickability for providing a easy and stress-free one-stop shop for the community to access!”

Use the request to describe what your family actually needs

Include the service, location and relevant preferences so the provider conversation starts with useful information. Ask about availability, qualifications, communication and how the service will work with the participant’s plan. A reply is an opportunity to compare, not a requirement to proceed.

Use NDIA provider-choice guidance for questions. Keep the participant involved in decisions and confirm authority where you act on their behalf. Lauren’s positive experience can illustrate the process without predicting your family’s timeframe or outcome.

Check the fit before agreeing to support

Tell prospective providers what you want help with and how you prefer to communicate. Ask for a clear explanation of costs and the arrangement before deciding. You can ask further questions or decline a service that does not suit you.

Explore Clickability’s current provider-finding information and compare it with the answers you receive. Reviews can add context, but they do not guarantee suitability or safety. The choice remains about your needs and preferences.
