Clickability wants to make the NDIS an easier system to navigate. It’s why we launched our directory, started writing our blog, and introduced service requests – so that you could effortlessly find the perfect provider and make the most of your NDIS Plan.
Now, we want to expand our community, and you’re the perfect person to help us. We’d love you to share our platform with your friends and family, so that we can grow this community and help even more people.
So, would you help us out? Whether your family or friends want to share their expertise through reviews or need a provider, we’re here.
We hate to put words in your mouth about us, but in the spirt of making it as easy as possible we have drafted this short message for you to easily copy and paste to use:
You might find this helpful, I recently used www.clickability.com.au to find NDIS providers. It was quick, easy, and completely free, so I thought it could be useful for you too!

How do we help NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators?

At Clickability, we support NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators in a myriad of different ways. If you're on this page, you've likely used one of our services! But here's a brief recap of what you can do with Clickability.

Search our directory

NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators can search Australia's #1 Disability Services Directory, to find providers that suit their needs. It's incredibly easy.
Our directory allows users to search in their area, find providers with disability-specific expertise such as autism or psychosocial disability, and so much more.

Submit a service request

If they don't have the time to search our directory, NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators can instead submit a service request - and we do the work.
When we receive a service request, we match it with up to three providers in our trusted network, allowing those providers to then contact the participant, family, or support coordinator.
It's real and meaningful choice and control: compare providers and choose who you want. If none suit, we can match you with more providers.

Review providers

Reviews are what we do. The NDIS turned the disability sector into one big marketplace, where you get to browse and choose. But how do you know if someone's the right fit? Well, reviews!
Reading reviews allows you to make an informed decision as to whether a provider is suitable and enables you to provide feedback that helps a provider improve their service.
NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators can search our directory and read provider reviews or find a provider they wish to review, using our user-friendly system.

Learn from our blog

We get that the NDIS is one complicated system to navigate, so we created our blog for NDIS participants, families, and support coordinators to learn how to get the most out of the NDIS.
Our blog posts include helpful guides on accessing the NDIS or reviewing decisions and personal stories on accessible travel. You can even write for us!

Share the resource without sharing someone else’s support details

Send the Clickability platform link if the person wants help exploring providers. Adapt the sample message rather than claiming you used a service if you did not. Do not include another person’s disability, plan or contact details without their permission.

Encourage the recipient to compare services, access and communication for themselves. Your experience can be useful without determining the right provider for someone else.
